Ways to relax yourself???

Hello all,

Many times people ask me how do I relax; when I don’t have time to figure out how.

Sure  there are many ways to relax; one way is watch a waterfall and notice every drop as it falls ever so gracefully and peacefully.   Another way to relax is become one with nature and to just sit outside and notice the colors or birds wings, the sensation of the air brushing by you.  When you observe nature; and become of part of what is in the world you will find you rise in a very hightened state that causes you to be more insightfull and aware of things you never knew were possible.

Everyone will be different and you many find that there are things that relax you that may stress others and that’s ok; just be aware of that and respect it. Another great thing you do to relax is to notice the silence around you and just be still as you just notice your breath inhaling and exhaling.

The whole key to relaxation is to just be and not judge anything or anyone and you will enter a realm of peace and tranquility.

Why then is realization stressful for many people? Ah, that’s a great question and its because some put so much emphasis on relaxing that it becomes stressful .   Have you ever had someone say smile or cheese to you before they snap a photograph.  Sure, and what does that word do; cause you to get nervous because you want to have the perfect picture with just the right smile.

You may notice; that the only two times somepeople take a great picture is when they either a) are caught candily or b) just relax.  The more you try to relax the harder it is; just notice whats happening and enjoy it.  Your body will become more relaxed and enter deeper levels of relaxation the more you choose to just let it happen.

So, in summary; it doesn’t matter where you are or what you are doing you can always find something around you that will relax you.  Yes, relaxation takes practice but really all you have to do is just do it and you will become better at it without even knowing why or how.

What is (Positive) Energy??? Your Body knows the answers before you do?

Hello,

Everyone; have you ever been somewhere or been involved in a thought or action and it just felt right or felt wrong or a  seemed a certain way.  Do I mean a hunch?  Well according to Webster;  it is defined as a strong intuitive feeling concerning especially a future event or result.   This goes much deeper then that; because it is not just based on a sense but also a repose mechanism we are all born with and many never learn to use.

Many years ago; a great book was written called Power vs. Force by David Hawkins; however many people thought it was just going to be a quick fix and something you learn or pickup immediately.  What am I talking about; hm,  have you ever observed someone looking for money with a metal detector on the beach or perhaps watched a skilled artist paint a picture; carve a sculpture or build something  else.

With any new skill; it has to be:  practiced, and perfected before you can become a professional at it, and its most commonly reffered to as doing the time or putting in the work hours.  Every object in our universe has either a postive or negative force behind it and I’m not talking about magnetic this is much different.

For starters; grab a banana and also a box that contains some  junk food and place them on the counter or table in front of you  Now stand tall, and simply say your name is”   ” and state your name.; then relax  and notice which way your start to fall, either forward or backward.  Take note of this as this position will be your bodies indication of the word “yes” ; if you don’t feel quite comfortable do it a few times.  Maybe state:  where you live or something else factual about you and do the test and pay particular attention to which way your body starts to fall.

Now; while standing up straight take the junk food; and say this is good for my body; then relax and notice which way you fall.  You can then try that with the banna and you will get a different result; we will talk more about this in the future but for now remember that with practice your body knows the answers to everything even before you do.

What is Hypnosis???

Hello, I am so glad you asked???

In its simplest form; hypnosis is really just relaxation.  I have recently uploaded an article explaining what hypnosis is and also updated some webpaged to explain the states our brain goes trhough such as beta,alpha,theta and delta.  I have also uploaded and 18 minutes how exercise teaching and showing you how to relax .

When we talk about hypnosis??? Why do we need to know or use hypnosis you may be saying….

Oh sure, that’s simple its because our subconscious really is what runs our body.  Hypnosis is a way to get rid of certain blockage that acts as a safety filter so we don’t just collect all sort of useless data in our mind.

In hypnosis; we lift the critical factor and thus things are accepted much more easily and are not judged; however is important for you to know that nothing goes in or stays in that the mind or physical body chooses to reject.

What does that mean??? Simple; we will only do things that we want to do.  We can’t me made to do things we dont’t want to.

Ok, then why did my brother you say act like a chicken or do weird things at a hypnosis show.  Ok, there is one simple reason; your brother really wanted to do those things inside and all hypnosis did was cause them to happen effortlessly.  The hypnotist actually did some suggestibility tests with the audience I bet your brother was one that performed very well..  That is sole reason; why these traveling people do so well; they look for the person or people in the audience that wants to do something.

Remember if “you” wait for others to do something…..You might be waiting forever???

Hello all,

What do I mean by this phrase “Remember if “you wait for others to do something…You might be waiting forever. Many times we feel committed or obligated to do something only after someone else has done their part of the task. Realize that even though people are good natured; if a substantial time length has passed; that their priority to do what they promised many not be as high as your expectation of having it accomplished.

Ex: You want to learn a new skill or exercise with a friend or partner; however after repeatedly asking your friend or partner when they are going to do it; you see that they keep promising you and the only thing they deliver is excuses.

Remember, you are your own person and the fact that you asked your friend or spouse to do an activity with you or take of a new hobby together is purely a nice thing to do but will sometimes not lead you to your goals.

If you want to do something and keep putting it off because you feel you will offend your friend or think that it won’t be the same if you do it without them; then get it over it, move on and do what you want to do.

Whether you want to: exercise, learn a new skill, make a grand accomplishment; if you are feeling that you can’t go on because you seem tied down or held back; then most likely you probably are.

What to do?

1) Make a statement to your friend or spouse saying like: When I first mentioned the idea of us starting an exercise program together; there was some interest, however everytime I ask you when we are going to start I am told not now, I have too many other things.

I respect that you have lots of things to do in your life and I have decided that I am going to start exercising 2-3 times a week. This way you have now set the stage you are not holding back on your life and that person; will feel a deep sigh of relief because they are not holding you back.

2) Hold to your ground and don’t let them try to make you wait any more; because it’s just going to get you more frustrated if they again keep their pattern up and don’t deliver on their promises.
